“Scottish-Style” New England Fudge, made in Bristol NH
This is a nice blend of Scottish and American style fudge so it’s not too sweet and sticky and reminds some customers of homemade fudge with a perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture.
It is made with all-natural ingredients, meaning no preservatives, stabilizers, artificial ingredients of any kind. All ingredients are listed below.
After 2 years of research and development and numerous test batches, we are very excited to offer sugar-free fudge that is natural, safe for diabetics, and delicious! A satisfying “fudge experience” for those who can’t eat too much sugar! This fudge is very chocolaty and not overly sweet.
Ingredients: Erythritol (earth-a-tol), evaporated milk, Cabot butter (salted), and sugar-free Belgian Chocolate. May contain traces of nuts.
Erythritol is a sugar alcohol (closely related to Xylatol) that is suitable for diabetics and has been part of the human diet for thousands of years due to its presence in pears, melons, and grapes. It can be found in natural food stores and works perfectly in our fudge!
Sold by the slice, wrapped in food-safe plastic (a slice is approximately 1/4 pounds).
